At Mabusha, you can book our entire events services array or book the venue only and use service providers of your own preference. You are not bound into using all of our services, we embrace working with other external service providers though they have to be reputable, reliable; insisting on quality service and high standards of excellence.

Planning an event or wedding can be an overwhelming task, which we suggest you leave that to the professionals. Our in-house head Events Manager and team are qualified, internationally experienced and passionate about Events Coordination, Hospitality and Culinary Arts. The team is comprised of passionate, creative & attention to detail members who work to ensure optimum success of every event. As professionals, we possess skills to manage every event seamlessly and our knowledge of the local and international industry plays a role in delivering quality event product. We also have strong ties with reputable, dependable and excellent vendors that will ensure the success of your event as well as enable us to negotiate the best deal for you according to your budget. We highly recommend our clients use our in-house coordination team though it’s not a prerequisite or rather use the suppliers from our preferred list of vendors (we know who are the dependable and reliable professionals who actually deliver and show up).



Planning services include, but are not limited to the following:
  1. Free 1 hour consultation meeting at the venue to understand your event vision.
  2. Full function coordination; organizing all aspects of your events within timelines, create concepts, budgets, action plans and emergency plans.
  3. Manage the creative, technical, safety and logistics aspects of your event.
  4. Assistance with selecting the best reliable service providers as well as negotiating the best prices and managing payments.
  5. Liasing with all parties, scheduling meetings for you with vendors and attending for you. On the day coordination; handling the day's arrangement overseeing set-u and break-down.
  6. Outstanding client service and organizing memorable and unique events.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage all set-up, break-down and follow-up processes.

In-House Catering Services

We have an in-house catering team of qualified, passionate and trained chefs in culinary arts. Our team has an appetite to deliver the best of food service for any function. The services comprise of mouth watering and internationally inspired canapés, starters, main courses, desserts and BBQ stations. The chef will present to you menus from where you can choose from; or you can create your own personalized menu. Whatever the team feel they will not be able to deliver such as dietary requirements according to religion, the chef will gladly recommend to you alternative catering company. If you desire to use your own catering company and not our own in-house catering, you are more than welcome to, though you will incur an extra charge for use of our kitchen facilities. Whichever catering company you settle on, it has to adhere to our strict food safety measures for food preparation and maintain high standard of food service. In the case you choose to book us, clients however supplies their own ingredients according to the menu chosen and gas. The chef will work out for the client the quantities required for the menu selected. Mabusha Catering works their magic to prepare and serves the food charging only for food preparation labor. The budget of the food therefore is determined by the client’s choice of menu.

*Please note the venue has staffing rights to your function. We highly recommend the use of only professional waiters to a charge by client to deliver high standard of excellence. The service of event staff directly impacts our standards and thereby reputation. We will therefore source the adequate staff for your function to the charge of the client.

We have a team of highly creative in-house florists and designers as well as other external floral stylist that work under use to create unique floral arrangements to fit diverse floral budgets without compromising on quality even for the smallest décor budget. As sustainability is one of our key values, we recommend for unique décor styles that keep the budget low and also saves the preserves our planet. We are not known for one particular type of event, we love to create different floral styles for each function to personalize and make it truly yours.
